Privacy Policy

LifeLeads.io ("we," "us," "our") operates a B2B platform that delivers consumer life-insurance leads to licensed insurance agencies and agents ("you," "buyer"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Buyer account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, mailing address, agency name, IMO, carriers you write, and time-zone preference. We use this to provision your account, deliver leads, and bill you.

Lead data. Through our publisher network we receive consumer leads that may include name, contact information, age, state of residence, and the source consent record. We pass this data through to the buyer who purchases the lead.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers — only a payment-method identifier returned by Stripe.

Usage data. We log standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps, pages visited, API calls made) to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. How we use information

  • To operate your account and deliver leads you've purchased.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To provide customer support and product communications.
  • To comply with applicable laws including TCPA, state DNC, and tax obligations.
  • To improve the service through aggregated analytics.

3. How we share information

We share data only as needed to operate the service:

  • Buyers receive the lead data they purchased.
  • Publishers / lead sources exchange lead and dedupe data with us.
  • Service providers — Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Boberdoo / LeadPortal (lead routing), email/SMS providers (notifications) — process data on our behalf under written agreements.
  • Legal — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell personal information.

4. TCPA and consumer consent

Every consumer lead delivered through LifeLeads.io is sourced from publishers who represent that the consumer provided express written consent to be contacted. Buyers are responsible for their own compliance with TCPA, federal and state Do Not Call lists, state licensing, recording-consent laws, and other applicable regulations.

5. Data retention

We retain account, billing, and lead records for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to comply with our legal, accounting, and audit obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest for our database, row-level security, and principle-of-least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your choices

  • You can update or delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
  • You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message; you cannot opt out of transactional service notifications while your account is active.
  • Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights (access, deletion, correction, portability). Email us at the address below to exercise these rights.

8. Children

LifeLeads.io is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. International users

The service is operated from the United States. By using LifeLeads.io you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. The "Effective" date above always reflects the current version.
