Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LifeLeads.io ("the Service"), operated by LifeLeads.io ("we," "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Service is for licensed insurance agencies and producers who intend to use the leads we deliver for the lawful sale of life insurance. By using the Service you represent that you (and any agents you employ) hold the licenses required in the states where you will contact the consumers.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
- Lead pricing is shown in the buy-leads flow at the time of order. Prices vary by product (Term, Final Expense, Blended) and are subject to change for future orders.
- Orders are charged in full at checkout via Stripe. Minimum order quantity is 25 leads unless stated otherwise.
- Each lead is delivered exactly once to one buyer (exclusive). Once delivered, a lead is considered "used" and is not eligible to be sold to another buyer.
4. Lead quality and returns
We screen leads for the filters you set (age range, states, product type) and dedupe within our system. A lead is eligible for return credit if it meets one of the following within 72 hours of delivery:
- Disconnected or invalid phone number on first dial.
- Wrong person — the consumer denies having requested information about life insurance.
- Outside the filter you specified (e.g. wrong state, age outside your range, wrong product).
- Duplicate of a lead you've already received from us in the past 30 days.
Submit return requests through the dashboard. Approved returns are credited toward future orders. We do not issue cash refunds for delivered leads.
5. Buyer responsibilities
- Comply with the TCPA, federal and state Do Not Call lists, applicable state recording-consent laws, your state's licensing rules, and any carrier-specific compliance obligations.
- Honor every consumer's "do not contact" request immediately.
- Use leads only within your licensed agency. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing leads with unaffiliated parties is prohibited.
- Maintain accurate contact information on your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service outside the documented API; (b) use the Service to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited bulk communications; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) interfere with other users' access.
7. Flow pauses and cancellation
You may pause an active order or turn your Flow off at any time from your dashboard. Unfulfilled paid orders remain on your account until the units are delivered, refunded as credit, or 12 months elapse — whichever comes first. After 12 months of inactivity on a partially-fulfilled order we may close it without further notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or any conduct that exposes us or other users to legal or financial risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any specific lead will result in a sale, a contact, or revenue. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of leads we deliver, including any TCPA, DNC, licensing, or carrier-compliance claims brought by consumers, regulators, or third parties.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or confidentiality violations.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
